The fastest way to reach the Fairlift Kits editorial team is email:

[email protected]

One inbox covers everything below. A clear subject line helps us route your message: Listing request — [shop name], [city], Correction — [page name], or Question — [topic].

Installation shops

To request a free listing in the installer directory, or to ask about the Featured slot on your city's page, email us your shop name, city, and a link to your shop's own website. Every listing passes the verification process described on the get listed page before it appears — that page explains what is checked and how Featured placement is labelled and priced.

Corrections

Found a wrong specification, a stale price, a kit that no longer fits, or a listing detail that no longer matches a shop's own site? Tell us the page and what changed. Corrections are verified against the source and logged publicly on our corrections page — the same standard described in how we test and verify.

Readers and brands

Questions about a guide, a fitment claim, or a tool are welcome — include the page link so we can check the exact claim. Manufacturers and retailers: if your product data in our dataset is wrong or out of date, send the corrected specification with a link to the product page it should match, and we will re-verify it.

What email cannot do

We are a publication, not a store or an installer: we cannot sell you a kit, quote an installation, or confirm fitment for a specific vehicle beyond what a guide already states with its sources. For fitment certainty, the manufacturer or your installer is the final word — our directory can help you find one.
